The Secretariat of OTIF seeks talented candidates to whom it can offer posts in various areas, such as administration, law and rail transport technology.

The Secretariat is driven by a policy of openness and wishes to pass on its expertise, so it also offers internships for young or qualified experts.

OTIF’s Staff Regulations embody the general principles for administration of the staff of the Secretariat of the Intergovernmental Organisation for International Carriage by Rail and sets out the duties, obligations and rights of its staff members, and their basic conditions of employment (Article 1, §1 ).

Depending on the level of responsibility and the nature of the contract being offered, the Secretary General submits applications to OTIF’s Administrative Committee for approval.
