The RID Committee of Experts’ working group on tank and vehicle technology met for the first time in 2002. It examines all the latest developments, particularly in terms of regulations, concerning tank and vehicle technology that might have repercussions for RID.

The working group recently looked at the new provisions applicable in the United States and Canada to the construction and equipment of tank-wagons intended for the carriage of flammable liquids.
